The hotel is undeniably beautiful and located in a very strategic and convenient area. close to everything I needed. The design and ambiance were lovely, and overall, it had great potential for a comfortable stay. However, I was quite shocked to find a cockroach on the bed. This was really unexpected and affected my experience. I believe cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in guest rooms, and I hope the housekeeping team can be more thorough in the future. Additionally, I noticed there wasn’t an iron provided in the room. It would be much more convenient for guests if basic amenities like an iron were available in every room without needing to request one. Thank you, and I truly hope the hotel can improve in these areas — I would love to come back if these issues are addressed.

Location was superb, next to cinema and laundry, nearby got many eateries, but lift was out of service and need to climb staircase to room.

這個酒店是馬來之行最糟糕的酒店，酒店位置偏僻，不臨主路，對面是個樹林，晚上樓下人很少。衞生間水龍頭漏的到處都是水。訂了兩天，跟老闆商量能否退一天的，居高臨下的口氣，不可能退你的，算了，1300塊住一天招待所。

Its literally next to a cinema. So can watch a late night movie. Also it one row to a restaurant called Han’s Kopitiam and its a very nice place to have either breakfast lunch and dinner.

衞生乾淨，服務前台人員熱情，第二天早上幫我們叫車去機場趕飛機✈️。（酒店問路卡複製地址定位不是很準確，還好老闆與司機電話溝通順利入住✌🏻）
